I've been sitting in front of the computer since 5pm.
Right after I reached home from school.
Trying to make a perfect resume, and editing my group's presentation slides to make it more presentable so that ms.K won't nag.
I was surprised that we almost pulled it off.
Somemore with a new group.
Thank god man.
There's Zetti, Bear, Reynard and I.
They were really co-operative(:
Did their parts and handed to me, and the rest is up to me.
Really glad that I found this group of people.
Seriously, I think ft should be like Republic Polytechnic.
A must to have a laptop.
So many presentations, projects and resume, I find a need to have laptop.
So that you won't lose any of your documents.
And can be free from paper notes and heavy textbooks to lug around.
I'm soo dead from burning my brain cells from thinking mann.
Oh and, I'm really really excited for this saturday((:
Sea training with CE!
Rest time is over, back to work!

Training was okay today.
But to add on to our routine, mr.L made us sprint uphill after our 2.4km run.
Oh, and talking about 2.4km run, I ran around 3 rounds and I went to shit.
The sprints are like hell.
My old t&f injury almost came back.
Thank god it didn't.
Anyway, felt alright after training, had dinner and went home.
To reply to gf's recent post, it's okay, I understand.
Sure we will be hanging out more ((: hahahahahahahahs.
Oh, and talking about hanging out, I owe people dates.
There's my lovely ex-sf girls, RAHH and TESSA; my kor, Farhan;my ex-ite'05 friend, Yong Hong; sec school mate, YokeLing and/or WeiHan and gang; and just today, Jaffar.
So sorry people, my schedule is full with trainings and school+school work+projects. (and my social life just died like this. LOL!)
I'm really really sorry.
I'll try my best and find some time and finances to date everyone mentioned above okay?
And of course I won't forget my lovely CWDB gang.
It's like we're always meeting for dinners only after training.
I wanna go out with all of you inclusive the girls!
I WANT TO GO OUT!
I WANT MY MOOLAH FROM HOUSE@ DEMPSEY HILL!
GIVE ME THE MAH-NEHH!!
grouptrainer<3 11:59 PM
Sigh, ending class this early and ps-ing me, Farh went to meet her friend/went home to take a nap.
I wonder what's with her, we're cool now, but wth?
Can't we just resume things the way it is before.
If you really don't want me hanging around you, just tell me directly, I won't mind.
This kind of emotional stress can might as well kill me directly like chopping off my head and not slowly killing me like feeding me poison of some sort.
I don't really have time for emotional stuff right now.
I have to get my projects done, train hard for db (like taking up extrs stroke practice sessions) and have my attendance in class to be very good.
Every day I wake up feeling too tired to go school, but I can't don't school.

Training, or rather, stroke practice session was really good.
We focused on stretching, pushing ourselves and all was worth waking up as early as 5am for.
At least we had more practices and in an area and time where there isn't people looking at what we're doing.
We're doing this because our strokes are highly confidential.
Not even SeaHawk knows about it.
Only a few who are closer to Coach Jackson will know about it.
Then JC asked me to join the guys for SH's training.
Their secret to training for still/reservoir waters is to tie a tyre at the back of the boat to help create resistance.
And I tell you, having a tyre behind and rowing isn't as easy as you think it is.
It made the water feeling so heavy that after only 20mins, I feel my muscles being fatigue.
So, after training, helped the guys with their stuff and went to bathe.
Had lunch with Raymond, PK and brother.
Just as we're done with our food, Coach Jackson and Amos came to our table and talked about our strokes and other relevant stuff.
Soon after, everyone started feeling warm and we headed down to Bugis to chill and talked more about our strokes, SH stuff, and some other dragonboating stuff.
Oh and, a big thank you to Raymond who treated us each to a mango smoothie from TCC!
And Coach Jackson said that he'll put 18guys and 2 girls down to row for master series!
Come on girls, let's fight for the two places!
Okay off to go update cwdb's blog.

Okay, so my adductors aches because of the lunges we did yesterday and not able to close my leg properly but I shall not complain more.
Because Farh gf once said that pain is weakness leaving your body.
That is why I don't really complain nowadays.
Anyway, a song that I want to share with you people.
Constipated by Weird Al Yankovic
Uh huh, extra cheese. Uh huh, uh huh, save a piece for me.
Pizza party at your house, I went just to check it out. 19 extra larges, What a shame, no one came. Just us, eatin' all alone, You said take the pizza home. No sense lettin' all this go to waste, So then I faced
Pizza all day, and everyday, there's cheese round the clock, It's gettin' me blocked, And I sure don't care, for irregularity.
Tell me, Why'd you have to go and make me so constipated? Cos' right now I'd do anything to just get my bowels evacuated, In the bathroom. I sit and I wait and I strain and I sweat and I clench and I feel the pain Oh, should've taken laxatives or had my colon irrigated. No, no, no.
I was feelin' pretty down, 'Til my girlfriend came around. We're just so alike in every way, I gotta say. In fact, I just thought I might, pop the question there that night. I was kissing her so tenderly, But woe is me.
Who would have guessed, her family crest. I suddenly spy, tattoo'd on her thigh. And son of a gun, it's just like the one on me. Tell me.
How was I supposed to know we were both related? Believe me, if I knew she was my cousin we never would have dated. What to do now? Should I go ahead and propose and get hitched and have kids with 11 toes, And move to Alabama where that kind of thing is tolerated. No, no, no.
(no no no)
Ooh, I had so much on my mind, I thought maybe I'd unwind. Try out that new roller coaster ride, And the guide...
Said not to stand, but that's a demand, That I couldn't meet, I got on my feet, And stood up instead and knocked off my head you see. Tell me.
Why'd I have to go and get myself decapitated? This really is a major inconvenience, oh man I really hate it. It's such a drag now. I can't eat, I can't breathe, I can't snore, I can't belch or yodel anymore, Can't spit or blow my nose or even read Sports Illustrated. Oh no!
Why'd I have to go and get myself all mutilated? I gotta tell ya, life without a head kinda makes me irritated. What a bummer. I can't blink, I can't cough, I can't sneeze. But my neck is enjoying a pleasant breeze now. Haven't been the same since my head and I were separated. No, no, no.
Wanna know how the tune is like?
Imagine Avril Lavigne's Complicated with this lyrics.
Yes, it's a parody of Avril Lavigne's Complicated.
Okay, off to homework!
Oh btw you can listen to both the songs mentioned above in my playlist on the right.

Training was awesome today!
Jackson came and coached us and I find it really effective.
Not only did Coach Jackson taught us a new stroke (I'm not gonna say what stroke are we currently learning/using, it's for me to know and for you to find out. (X) he encouraged our team not give up and has high hopes for us.
After that had a short run and did circuits of sprintings, lunges, sidestepping.
Bathed, had dnner and tauhuey then homed.
How I feel about coach Jackson?
He's not only our coach foc, he has a heart for CWDB.
I quote from Joy Wifey, :" I can tell you, Jackson is a good coach, he told us to fight hard and row hard to win Ngee Ann Poly (NP). Gave us some tips and advice for competitions and stuff too~haha~
I guess he made our team morale high coz he mentioned one phrase: "Polys are trained to be fierce, but you are borned to be fierce." "
I'm really really pumped for the future trainings man!
Oh and our new cheer: " One for all, All for one; College West KEELIAO!"
Anyway, photos are up.
It's been a loonnggg time since I last photog.
And I've gotta go.
PA Paddle Championships.
Shawn's blur expression.
The guys warming-up.
What is PK doing?
Brother and I.
Lech, JC and Andy were obviously not paying attention. HAHA!
Sleepyness kicks in.
The sun shining through tree.
This is how they park their boats in bedok reservoir?
GOOD HAIR DAY!
My eggs are hapy(:
The reason why I love Mozzarella cheese.
Don't say anything, I just had to take photos when I'm having my good hair day.
Ditto as above.
Ditto as above.
What are the people doing?
Climbing up the chin-up bar/multi exercise frame. That's Junrui and Lexson btw.
Ditto. (Tak Glam siol...)
Pk, Jc and Jr
Other guys were crapping around before training while the above people tasked themselves climbing that white frame.
How are you gonna store you paddles when you're going for competitions?
Here are some ways you can store you paddles without 'injuring' them.
Lay it out on the grass for cushioning,
Lean it against a tree,
Or simply make loops on a nylon rope and hang it as if you're selling/hanging it to dry.
Yes, that's the time when I feel like crying.
Emoing because of the above.

Didn't attend classes today.
And guess what?
There's only mr.M's class because ms.C canceled her afternoon class.
Guess what time is mr.M's class?
That's right people, it's freaking 8AM!
Thank god for my tiredness.
If not I'll be going to school only to do some stupid circuit 'training' thingy.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR SEA TRAINING TOMORROW!~
Wanna know why?
Because not only the freshies are coming, there will be a new coach too!
MrL confirmed that we'll be merging with college east and will start sea training on saturdays with them.
Hopefully there won't be any conflicts between college east and college west. *crosses fingers*
That's my only fear man. )):

School was uhm, alright.
Went to school feeling so sleepy but was surprised I didn't fall asleep during any of the classes.
Had mrMuthiah's lesson, lunch then a talk by Republic of Singapore, Navy and decided to take up Navy after if I could get into a Polytechnic.
Like finally I felt like I'm back in school again.
Because during our first year, we will always have classes till 3+ to around 4pm, but after we started our second year, the lecturers either have classes with the juniors and cut short our classes or they'll just cancel classes with us.
I don't really want to mention being a second year here but I have to.
I just don't know lah.
Anyway, I was doing some research for sen presentation and came across an article in Wikipedia that said:" In 1977, one of East Germany's best sprinters, Renate Neufeld, fled to the West with the Bulgarian she later married. A year later she said that she had been told to take drugs supplied by coaches while training to represent East Germany in the 1980 Olympic Games.
At 17, I joined the East Berlin Sports Institute. My speciality was the 80m hurdles. We swore that we would never speak to anyone about our training methods, including our parents. The training was very hard. We were all watched. We signed a register each time we left for dormitory and we had to say where we were going and what time we would return. One day, my trainer, Günter Clam, advised me to take pills to improve my performance: I was running 200m in 24 seconds. My trainer told me the pills were vitamins, but I soon had cramp in my legs, my voice became gruff and sometimes I couldn't talk any more. Then I started to grow a moustache and my periods stopped. I then refused to take these pills. One morning in October 1977, the secret police took me at 7am and questioned me about my refusal to take pills prescribed by the trainer. I then decided to flee, with my fiancé.
She brought with her to the West grey tablets and green powder she said had been given to her, to members of her club, and to other athletes. The West German doping analyst Manfred Donike reportedly identified them as anabolic steroids. She said she stayed quiet for a year for the sake of her family. But when her father then lost his job and her sister was expelled from her handball club, she decided to tell her story."
It's really amazing that how a woman reacts greatly to Anabolic Steroids.
So girls, please think a trillion times before you take steroids.
You'll literally become a man.

Training was alright today.
Didn't really do good for 13round of track though.
Things have been alright.
During cca fair today, we recruited 25 guys and 9 girls.
Oh and we're confirmed merging with College East(CE).
I'm damn excited, damn sad and damned worried at the same time.
Excited because we're merging and we'll have a girls' team to row for, sad because we built this team with our sweat and blood, and yet we're merging and worried, because I heard from Cheryl that CE's team have alot of conflicts within their team.
Hopefully, just hopefully, it'll be a smooth move for us.
Anyway, I found some pretty interesting jewelry for dragonboaters.
I would definitely want this for my engagement ring in the future. Link - Canadian Pride
