Training was awesome today!
Jackson came and coached us and I find it really effective.
Not only did Coach Jackson taught us a new stroke (I'm not gonna say what stroke are we currently learning/using, it's for me to know and for you to find out. (X) he encouraged our team not give up and has high hopes for us.
After that had a short run and did circuits of sprintings, lunges, sidestepping.
Bathed, had dnner and tauhuey then homed.
How I feel about coach Jackson?
He's not only our coach foc, he has a heart for CWDB.
I quote from Joy Wifey, :" I can tell you, Jackson is a good coach, he told us to fight hard and row hard to win Ngee Ann Poly (NP). Gave us some tips and advice for competitions and stuff too~haha~
I guess he made our team morale high coz he mentioned one phrase: "
Polys are trained to be fierce, but you are borned to be fierce." "
I'm really really pumped for the future trainings man!
Oh and our new cheer: " One for all, All for one; College West KEELIAO!"
Anyway, photos are up.
It's been a loonnggg time since I last photog.
And I've gotta go.
Enjoy!

PaddleTalkHow are you gonna store you paddles when you're going for competitions?
Here are some ways you can store you paddles without 'injuring' them.
Lay it out on the grass for cushioning,

Lean it against a tree,

Or simply make loops on a nylon rope and hang it as if you're selling/hanging it to dry.
FTJAN07!

Yes, that's the time when I feel like crying.

Emoing because of the above.
