Training was alright today.
Felt as if I wasn't myself though.
Weird, I know.
Was good.
Did triangle endurance training.
Nearly capsize but didn't.
Michael fell off the boat (because he was standing in the place of the drummer) and lost his Oakley sunshades.
Switched boat.
Eight girls and two guys in a 20man boat.
The boat was really heavy but tried very hard to row to our destination.
In the end, the problem lies with our oxygen intake aka, breathing.

I just read up in my foa textbook that the main functions of our cardiorespiratory system during exercise are to:
- Deliver oxygen to the active muscles at a rate that matches that uses for aerobic metabolism.
- Clear carbon dioxide and metabolic end products at a rate that matches production.
- Assist in dissipation of metabolically produced heat to the environment by increasing blood flow to the skin.
- Transport regulatory hormones from their production sites to the target tissues.
Okay, fine, I don't know what all these are talking about, but then I find the first one close to what coach had said today.
He said that our muscles need oxygen to work, so we need to regulate our breathing while rowing.

I'm glad that things are all sorted out.
And that I'm loving DB same as ever.
We'll be having a beach getaway together tomorrow.
Food wise, they mentioned that my mom cooked nice beehoon the other time and yes, she's gonna make it again tomorrow(:
Most prolly would be meeting 9am at Jurong East for breakfast then head down to Vivo City to get the necessary stuff and head to Sentosa via the Sentosa express @ Vivo City.
YAY!
I SO EXCITED.
Btw, I'm quitting my job at house.
Can't really work since db training increased to four times a day.
AND YES, $75 OF MY PAY GOES TO MY 49" GREY OWL PADDLE WHICH IS COMING NEXT FRIDAY!
